Surgery went really well! The microfracture proceed was deemed unnecessary as the cartilage had healed itself! Meniscus repair was successful and pain is minimal now. Taking a few days off and back at it next week!

T-minus 2 days till knee surgery.
Truth be told I would be lying if I said I wasn’t scared. My thoughts turn to all the things I can do today that I take for granted that in just 48 hours won’t be possible. Walking upstairs because Simone is in the downstairs bathroom? Not anymore. Run to Starbucks to harass @ameilus and crew? Not for a while.
But seriously. How much pain will I be in afterward? Will I be able to work remotely on contracts? Will I be able to teach still?

Picked up a new MacBookPro 13″ model today. Liking the portability of the 13″ model so far, but missing the graphics processing of my desktop or the 15″ model. Overall, a great machine though, and having fun getting it all set up.
